2. Our Services

AegisPay provides a platform that allows users to deposit supported cryptocurrencies (including but not limited to USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH) and convert them to fiat currency for spending via a virtual or physical Mastercard.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

• While AegisPay offers a Web3-verified experience, you agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and that you will not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Fees, Limits, and Conversions

• Fees: All applicable fees (including issuance, ATM withdrawal, and foreign exchange fees) are clearly outlined on our Pricing Page.

• Conversion: Crypto-to-fiat conversions occur at the moment of transaction at the prevailing market exchange rate provided by our liquidity partners.

• Limits: Daily spending and ATM withdrawal limits apply based on your card tier (Plus or Ultra).

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the AegisPay card for:

• Purchasing illegal goods or services.

• Money laundering or terrorist financing.

• Any activity that circumvents the policies of our card issuer (Mastercard) or local banking regulations.

6. Account Suspension

We Dont't have the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account immediately if we detect suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity associated with your card or linked Web3 wallet. But we will warn you and send your assets back to your crypto wallets and suspend your account without locking your assets.
