Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Card Issuance Fees

Fees paid for the issuance and delivery of the physical AegisPay Plus or Ultra card are non-refundable once the card has been shipped. If a physical card order is canceled before shipment, the fee will be credited back to your Provided Crypto wallet.

2. Card Replacements

Plus Tier: Includes 1 free physical card replacement per year.

Ultra Tier: Includes 2 free physical card replacements per year.

• Subsequent replacements will incur a standard printing and shipping fee. If your card is lost, stolen, or compromised, please freeze it instantly via your dashboard and contact support.

3. Crypto Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposited into your AegisPay wallet remains yours. You may withdraw your unspent crypto balance to an external wallet at any time, subject to standard blockchain network (gas) fees.

4. Disputed Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized charge on your card, you must report it to our support team within 30 days. We will initiate a chargeback dispute through the Mastercard network on your behalf. AegisPay cannot guarantee the outcome of merchant disputes.
